REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY
Your Design Store accepts cash on delivery and online payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, Payment Wallets and Internet Banking. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted. Your Design Store also accepts payment via purchase order for qualified customers. Invoices may be paid by cheque/NEFT or credit/debit card.
Please note that all cash-on-delivery orders above INR 5,000 will have to be paid for 50% in advance online, in order to confirm the order and begin production
Your Design Store goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Your Design Store accepts returns and will refund payment/initiate returns (Depending on the users preference) if and when customers are disappointed by Your Design Store merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the Merchandise itself is flawed - This includes - incorrect sizing, damaged fabric or a product with any manufacturing defect; (b) the product has been delivered after 7 (Normal order) or 5 (Rush order) working days (Without Your Design informing the customer in advance); or (c) the design of the final product is different from the final design submitted by the customer or (d) the dimension of the design is different by more that 10% from that submitted in the order.
As a rule, Your design Store does not encourage returns/replacements for any reason apart from those stated above.
